  1. This is very disappointing for somebody that can't play with Headbob. I honestly thought Bethesda would support a few more options in this game since it's always online instead of making the community fix everything, I was severely wrong on all accounts. You can see their lack knowledge with their implementation of the "ultra-wide fix", it seems they simply googled how to add 21:1 to Fallout 76 and copy pasted the first thing they read.
  2. This is my understanding of the FOV settings in Skyrim SE FOV settings "fDefaultWorldFOV=xx" "fDefault1stPersonFOV=xx" "fdefaultfov=xx" "xx" is your preferred values for the above settings "fDefaultFOV" Affects the zoom level of the lock when lockpicking and the items in the inventory screen. "fDefault1stPersonFOV" Affects the hand and weapon models scale in 1st person not the FoV "fDefaultWorldFOV" This is what changes the FoV in both 1st and 3rd person "fDefaultfov=xx" is added to the [General] section in SkyrimPrefs.ini located in your C\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\SkyrimPrefs.ini "fDefault1stPersonFOV=xx" and "fDefaultWorldFOV=xx" are added to [Display] section in Skyrim.ini located in your C\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\Skyrim.ini Once these lines are added to the respecting .ini files you will need to change both of these files to "read only" other wise they will be overwritten when you re open skyrim SE. This is done by right clicking both the .ini files, selecting proerties and ticking the box "read only". Do not forget to change all three "xx" strings to your preferred values. These settings can also be changed with the in game console by pressing the ~ key and typeing "fov xx". Changing the FOV this way will set ALL FOV settings to this value for the current game session. Now I have two questions, when I add all these lines exactly like I stated to the corresponding ini files and set them to read only once I get in game all of these changes have not taken place. Am I making any mistakes that would cause these changes to not take place? The second question is when using the console command in game "fov xx" it changes all the ini settings at once, is there a way to change individual fov settings with the console? After adding all lines to both the prefs and skyrim ini and learning about a "trick" in game to press tab and open the map the changes worked after I did these two things
  3. Does anybody see us being able to fix this with mods?
  4. How do I disable head bob in Fallout 76? It makes me nauseous and I can't play with it on.
  5. I'd like to add I had this problem and it was being caused by my Razer synapse program, inside of it go to the "Stats" tab on the top right and disable it. After I did this the repeating windows stopped, of course this fix is only if you had the "Stats" being recorded and you use Razer synapse.
  6. I'd like to install follower mods that use the UNP body type but my character uses CBBE, I'm wondering if it is possible to do this in anyway. Besides from switching over to UNP, is their anyway I can just assign the body type to just the follower? I seem to recall a mod that would let you use multiple body types at the same time, I was unable to find this mod and was wondering if anybody knows the name of it or can tell me how I can get two body mods working by myself.
  7. How do I change my skill levels without advancing my character? I installed a mod that unfortunately changed some of my skills and would like to set them back but I've been unable to find the proper commands to do what I want. Any help would be appreciated, I also tried the elder scrolls wiki and google but I'm not very good at this stuff. Sorry if this is stupid question
  8. Are you referring to the changes I need to make to my character save? Or just the language settings, English if that is what you are asking. I'm also unaware of any options within the program that it asks you aside from options to chnage your character once it has been opened.
  9. I did a file search and couldn't find it, I also checked the Skyrim folder to make sure it was not there. I tried running the program as administrator but it still will not make the file. If you were to use that program and make the file would it work for me or is it specific to my system, I'm unsure if this file is empty or has information in it needed by the program.
  10. After clicking save to make the program create the save_edit.txt it says it has created the file but it is nowhere to be found on my desktop. I made sure show desktop items was on, I also only have the Recycle Bin present on my desktop so I'm not overlooking the file. I was wondering if I just created a text file called save_edit.txt and place it where it needs to be in the Skyrim folder if that would do the job? I tried that but when in game it says unable to find batch file when I use the console command
  11. I only have one question about that program, how do I select my game save is it will only load .esp files and my game save is .skse
  12. I'm trying out some new mods and trying to use an old character, however I need to be able to change my characters race before I get into the game. I've looked high and low and tried the creation editor but have had no luck finding how I can do this. I'm wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction for changing my characters race from outside of the game. I may have just missed the option to edit game saves in the creation kit, I hope anyway.
  13. I disabled SkyRe for now then retried Tes5edit with the Race mod I want to use. It appears the mods come with the RaceCompatibility" mod and when I enable the race mods it also enables the compatibility mod. But this compatibility mod looks for Dawnguard in Tes5edit Heres a snip for Tes5edit [00:13] Background Loader: loading "RaceCompatibility.esm [00:13] Background Loader: [RaceCompatibility.esm] Loading file [00:13] Background Loader: [RaceCompatibility.esm] File loaded [00:13] Background Loader: [RaceCompatibility.esm] Start processing [00:13] Background Loader: [RaceCompatibility.esm] Adding master "Skyrim.esm&quot [00:13] Background Loader: [RaceCompatibility.esm] Adding master "Update.esm&quot [00:13] Background Loader: [RaceCompatibility.esm] Adding master "Dawnguard.esm [00:13] Background Loader: [Dawnguard.esm] Loading file [00:13] Background Loader: Fatal: <EOSError: System Error. Code: 2. The system cannot find the file specified [00:38] Background Loader: finished Now the Racecompatibility page does have a regular version for the mod, then a version for dawnguard. But it seems the race mods I want come bundled with the dawnguard version. They do not mention Dawngard as a requirement, that could be true or just an oversight. What I am now trying to do is get the regular version of Racecompatability installed and somehow get the race mods I want to not install the dawnguard version. Well, that's at least what I think is going on. I am trying to do this on my own, I just have no experience with any of this. Am I on the right track?
  14. Is this what your looking for? When I load up Tesed it gives me this error "An error occured while loading modules. Editing is disabled. Check the message log and correct the error. I also tried downloading and installing "RaceCompatibility" but I noticed the files in it are already present when I install the other Race mods I have and still crashes at the same point. Thank you for helping me.
