So I have the civil war mod overhaul installed... http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37216/? And for some reason when I try to start "Liberation of Skyrim" I have to go to Galmar to get orders. I try to do that and he won't talk to me... I have tried to "disable" and "enable" and "resetai" and "recycleactor", none of them proving successful.

if you have dragon combat overhaul, delete it. it causes crash on startup

Ralof is stuck in sneak mode... okay so I'm on the stormcloaks side of the war and I have the civil war overhaul mod installed. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37216/? I just finished the quest "Compelling Tribute" and now Galmar Stone Fist won't talk to me, and when I do the "setstage quest xxx to xxx" command, I have to go to Ralof and we're going to attack some caravan. The problem is that when I go to the quest marker, Ralof isn't there, and when I get him to show up using the console, he is in sneak mode and doesn't do anything!!! Any help would be appreciated... BTW I did try and use "disable" and "enable", "resetai", and "recycleactor". None of them proved to be successful

Thanks, I deleted the d3d9.dll file and just got my enhanced shaders enb up and running again. It was crashing on the launcher start up, but I eventually found a fix and got it to run just fine.

I am using the latest ENB for Fallout New Vegas which is 0.263 I am also using Rudy ENB http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55076/ I used to use DYNAMO, but I could never get Fallout to launch with it running. So, I deleted it (so I think). http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53521/ And I am was also using the shaders ENB but I thought that I had overwritten that one too. http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49882/? But in the screenshot I had pasted the 0.263 ENB and the Rudy ENB into my Fallout folder. I don't think this is a texture mod issue, just some trouble with my ENBs, does anyone know a fix/can anyone help me just plain old UNINSTALL all of the ENB files?
