I have done that and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still nothing

I can start new games play them as far into story as I want, but once I save and try to reload into the game that save will cause my pc to crash. Have all the same mods installed. I've tried clearing steam cache and reinstalling all mods. Any advice?
