Basically, this would animate the skeleton of any living humanoid. The skeleton would rip itself out of the host body and become a skeletal follower of the mage. The target would have to be equal or lower level than the mage, and the mage could effectively have an unlimited number of these skeleton followers. The Skeleton would only be a basic servant/warrior and if the mage is killed all his skeletal followers would turn to dust.
