working on it. I also realized I had inadvertently activated both the playable and nonplayable overrides for RS Children, which could've been the issue. I really need to like, walk myself through this out loud or something

I did figure out the initial issue, though. I somehow was missing Cloaks.esp despite having all the patches necessary for it to work with other mods

or not. I got it to get to the title screen, but now it's just the logo, no menu :/ that's.. a totally new issue to me.

ok, I think I figured out the cause of the catastrophic failure, at least. going in for a test after it downloads, god help me, I just wanna play my damn game

no, but I am not using PerMa anyway. I downloaded Wrye Bash and I think I can figure it from here. Is there any way to alter the mod order from there or do I have to do it on NMM and/or LOOT?

I second this, I would suggest opening wyrebash and checking all files are green, also check you memory etc, for both skse and also your enb I don't use skse or any enbs. I'll still try that out, though.

So I load up the game, the Bethesda logo pops up and goes through its little animation, the Skyrim logo barely pops up and it crashes. I'm sure it's bc of a mod not working properly, as it's only happened since the last two NMM updates (thanks for breaking that not a week after I started using it, btw) I'm really not sure what the problem is? Someone walk me through it, please. I really want to start playing again. Mod List, in load order: http://pastebin.com/iMrGagGW I have a few custom files there that I can explain if necessary.
