A clean way to install Fallout London with Vortex

@Pickysaurus Thank you for the guide. I had tested it with FoLon V1.01 and I have a question about step 15: The file "BakaFramework.esm" is not listed in Vortex and I can't find it in the FoLon installation directory. Is the file obsolete or should I install the mod later? --> EDIT: I have read elsewhere that Buffout 4 is a (better) alternative to BakaFramework, so probably no longer necessary.
