Skyrim is special that u cant alt tab if not u get double cursors or something breaks NVR ALT TAB EVER As for SKSE if u installed by the normal way which is puting everything except the data folder in skyrim installed directory and zip the scripts folder and installed using a mod installer it should work fine and download SKSE.ini or make it ur self

Ignore the earlier post the dirty files mean that 4 of your mods arent installed properly view the detail to find the mods causing the problems and fix it and your mods should work

After you viewed the report did it tell you you have conflicting mods? Was there any error?

Have you tried loot? It could be load order issue or maybe its conflict not an expert but thats my guess

Im new to skyrim modding DONT ASK ME TO READ THE GUIDE I have done so. Multiple guides actually. Some follower mods work for me and i wanted to install Zerofrosts raven armor but it makes my character invisible and yes im playing a female character i can provide screenshots for you guys to help me and if possible help me with unp unpb and all the other body types as im truly clueless yes im a noob but im willing to learn if anyone can teach me
