I have downloaded the Nexus mod manager multiple times, using multiple different browsers, but can't install the .exe file. I have tried running as administrator. I use Windows Vista and have a more than decent computer. Nothing just happens when I try to run the .exe file. No installation window, nothing opens, nothing happens.
