Hey, I recently purchased Fallout 3 on Steam and it was the damn low violence German verson, given I am in Germany, but I am not German nor do I speak it. I am stationed here. -.- Anyway to convert this product to English and back to the normal violence level?

What I am requesting here is a couple additional Khajiit races. I searched through the nexus but could not find any that are based off lore. You can use this as a reference. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Khajiit#Sub-species_Notes Mainly, I'd like the Dagi race added. Lore: "Little is known of the Dagi, save that they abide in the southern marshes and jungle regions of Elsweyr, as well as the Tenmar forest." Easy peezy on this. Just use your imagination. :P Im picturing something along the lines of a panther type, just a tad smaller than the normal Khajiit. Black fur. Intelligent, agile, and sneaky. Commonly uses blades, illusion and destruction magic. I'd attempt this but I've never laid a finger on models or anything like that. Maybe this is a chance to learn? This could be your chance to teach if its not to hard as a beginners task. My aim is: shootnthebreez Let me know if you're interested in making this model or helping me learn to make it. I want to try out Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul. From what I understand I need to get 1.3 first, which I have, and then get all the updates. 1.31, 1.32, and 1.33 to make it work 100%. Version 1.32 had multiple releases. Such as 1.32 Open Beta. Then came 1.32b, 1.32c, 1.32d, and 1.32 Final. Do I need to go and get all these in order and install them? I am having trouble finding them. If yes, does 1.31 have a bunch of RCs as well?

Alright. I've used BOSS to resort my load order. How do I use OBMM to check for conflicts? How do I create dummy esp with modified steel weapons... whats CS? Thanks for the reply. -

I imagine this has to do with some missing files? I can not remember what mod replaced these files because I got the mods a few months ago.
