  1. Assets No but there are modders here who are capable of scratch makeing the 3D Meshes and Textures. if you dont believe me look around Several of the Nexus Pages and you will find Thousands of Scratch made Ports
  2. while i dont ask for mods often there is one i have been hoping to see but has not happened yet. Regardless of how people feel about fallout 76 going forward bethesda, i think, had a winner with the responders faction which unfortunately was undercut by some major downfalls in other areas of the game. recently my PS4 hard drive deep sixed itself leaving me without access to 76 or KH3 :( so ive gotten back into FO4 on my PC hoping that maybe some of the cool armors got modded in by now but no luck. That Being said I was Hoping maybe someone who is proficient with armor Mods might be able to take up porting some of the new Game Specific Faction Armors from FO76 into FO4 like the Responders Gear, Firebreathers Gear, ect.
  3. I have been here for a while now and am aware of the rules regarding questions about console modding as well as legal reasons for such restrictions. But as of E3 and Bethesda comment of the new 3rd party free modding scene getting Legal licenced support from Microsoft on an offline single player game. It begs a question as to possible future changes to nexus if and when we hear more details, will we possibly see a ne subsection of the nexus for fallout 4 xbox one if it is determined to be as bethesda is hinting to with free third party console mods Created by users or if it is a geck for xbo app with an integrated mod workshop similar to steam, will nexus support an advice and technical forum sub section for the new comers? Honestly I myself am excited for the change enough to make me preorder a second copy for Xbox one.
  4. hmm Nice Cars im also Neck deep in two projects of my own a 1988 Pontiac Firebird Restoration/clone (going from base firebird to the upgraded Firebird Formula edition) and i have a 1979 Pontiac Trans Am used to be the slant 6 Turbo but i have an old hot rodded 1977 Pontiac Big Block 400 stroker bored 30 over. my mother dosent remember what the current Displacement is on it but back when she built it for her cherry Red trans Am t-top she had stroked it and during its 2nd rebuild and cleaning the cylinders were trashed enough to require boreing and she also scrapped the older camshaft in favor of a more aggressive Lunatti Voodoo Cam. she says the engine has enough torque to shatter the T-tops on launch if im not carefull and the body is not braced Enough. but unlike her 77 my 79 in a 4 speed manual so i am gonna have to find a stronger trans before i can drop in that monstrosity of a BBE. im thinking a Rock Crusher 4 speed and a tripple clutch plate setup with a 4 link ladder bar and a 9-in with an eaton Detroit locker.
  5. This. How do you even manage load order without? With BOSS/LOOT? it is actually possible to correct a load order in the launcher but its difficult as all hell i did it back in morrowind and oblivion before Nmm. i never used OBMM i entered the Mod manager scene with Fallout 3 and the FOMM then the NMM upon release of skyrim but i always did manual installs. i never knew about BOSS either untill Skyrim where in i had an issue that i just couldnt solve myself and ran across BOSS as a posible solution.
  6. honestly i like the Conviniance of the MOd Installers out there to manage and Simplify things when i need to just get in and Go But For the More Detail Oriented Mods Especially those with Bad or Mixed Reviews on the Nexus i tend to actually take the Extra time and Effort to Sift throught the Files and Directories Myself before inserting them in game usually Cuts Down on Errors In Game however I do like the Mod Organisers Abillitys with sorting my load orders and Being Alot more Comprehensive than Vanilla lists.
  7. you said Paint and Gimp How About Adobe Photoshop. we Have a MacBook Pro With a Full Adobe Suite On it including Photoshop CSS. is there a DDS plug in for it
  8. i have Decided I want to Try my hand at Modleing and Texture Mapping for some a Mod i want but i know others have asked for as well. Drinkable Monster energy and or others as well but mostly i Want my monsters, any help on scripting them in and the Hard Core effects creation, would be cool but also, how to's for 3D modleing and texture creation, for example my setup is a Two fold one my main Rig is a Nvidia GTX 770, AMD 8 Core 8350 Driven system as such has the horse power to run most anything, further more i also have access to a Macbook Pro with all the Essential Photo editing and Creation Software that Adobe has to offer any thing else i can get Opensource for both Mac And Windows 7 that i will need would be Nice too. but as a First step into this feild i wanted to do something simple like cans the Next project would be recreating My Smith and Wesson MP9, MP45, and MP40 since its the only pistol left that millenia and his crew have yet to tackle so if you are all reading as well any advice from pro's to a Newb on the weapon side would be awesome.
  9. if you are running Visual Heavy Mods you will never peak 60 FPS even with a 6 core I7, 64GB ram and quad SLI Titans AND yes i can verify this my cousin owns a bussiness in which this setup is his main Bussiness server and Mainframe super computer, its an engine Issue cant be solved without MAJOR Programing Know How which i nor any one i know has.
  10. i made A Project Nevada Patch for one of my Mods and i tried something new instead of just Adding it to the Vision and Visor lists i scripted them in via a quest script and quest well i had it set to Start Game Enabled as well as the Same Settings as the PN Setup Script for all the Other PN items. the problem is that it will work for a while then go through a loading Screen and the visor is gone but the Vision modes still work and they are on the same Script. then i have to open up console and use the "reset quest" command to get the visors back. how would i set it up to where it wont go away?
  11. i created a new perk tree with its own quest to script with and the game loads and runs fine until it gets time to level up. it loads the vanilla perks fine then as i scroll i get to my first perk and it freezes then a second later i get the Fallout has stopped working crash and it auto quits the game. what could cause this ive looked everywhere and cant find a single error.
  12. I'll start from the beginning. I am in the process of overhauling an existing mod to add more immersion and functionality. Well in the process I had created a whole faction and rank system and added the PC to it via a large perk tree I wrote from the ground up. Well I finished the major scripting and structure work for the perk tree so I jumped into fnv to test the perks out to see if the acco coated quest scripts were firing off as intended. So I go to console and add all perk requirements then set level to hit the first set of rank perks. Do advlevel in console to force level up to get the perks. As I scroll down in the perk select I get to the first in my series of perks and the game crashes CTD. I looked at it in geck and can't really find a reason for it to crash until I got an idea. Now to my question. Can too long of a description for a perk cause a game to crash during perk select?
  13. Thanks for the List. i have been having troubles Getting the Steam Version to Work so i had to fall back on the GOTY Physical Non Steam disk install (thank god the Anthology came with Physical Disks) but i snatched the steam DLC mods and just used the GOTY SI and KOTN and now having to use the physical Disk. anyone know where i can get a No disk crack since i do have it purchased legally so i can just put the disk away where it wont get damaged?
  14. Ok i am An Elder scrolls vetran i have played all of them. but i never modded till Fallout New Vegas back when it was the newest game on the market and then continued to Skyrim, well now im backtracking i just got my Hands On the Anthology and now have All 5 games and ALL their DLC, well i am jumping into Oblivion Now and i was wondering what were the Must have Mods that are still up. i usually Always Play as a Vampire so mods that would work with that would be nice, i am a completionist, but i love adding New Quests and Content, i Love Assassins. DB is My Favorite thing to do and a close second is Mages Guild. things that improve those would be Amazing. but i dont even know where to start in oblivion, i been around the Nexus community since the end of fallout 3 and got in heavily in Fallout NV and Skyrim but i got a Craving for nostalgia and Oblivion was the best writen most diverse Elder Scrolls of the new Generation (IE 3, 4, 5) . But i Cant Play unmodded as there is no real challenge and i already know the whole game front to back. i need some variation to help Shake the dust off this old game. Any suggestions?
  15. that rig should Rape skyrim ENB with every mod out there running ultra high. i personally am useing AMD FX 8350 8 core OC to 4.8GHZ 16 GB gskill Ripjaws Ram OC to 2400 3 SLI EVGA GTX 770 Classified 4GB (total of 12GB vram) all three Overclocked and liquid Cooled 1TB SSD for ALL my games 250GB SSD Boot and 2TB Conventional For Data I world Recomend Skyrim 4GB which removes the Vram Cap from Skyrim and will allow for smoother gameplay and higher FPS while at or over Vram Cap. skyrim Caps Vram at 2GB once hit the game will crash Skyrim 4GB removes that and for me alllows me to use up to 4GB vram which is a lot of Mods ENB's Will Run 10X smoother on high end systems with this patch http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3211/? that patch should solve some of the Low FPS issues in a high demand mod setup. before that patch i was running at about 1.95GB vram and about 10FPS and Constant CTD. since the patch my FPS have gone into the 100's and my Vram Consumtion is now at about 3.5GB allowing me More Mods and a stronger ENB Skyrim 4GB will definately Unlock the Potential of a High end PC. i am running 12 GB vram Total there is not a game on the market that runs that high BUT it's nice to have the extra Vram to allow 5760X1080 on all my games and still support all 6 monitors at 1080p
