  1. I am attempting to edit the body meshes of the Rogue Thief Armor Cuirass to fit for the regular UNP/UNP Low and High body using the Outfit Studio from Bodyslide. However when I export the edited armor meshes into the mod folder, and try to load an old save, the game crashes with Crash Fixes stating of a missing Ninode if I attempt to equip the cuirass. Scanning with Nifscan showed no issues. Now I do use XPMSE and nothing is overwriting it in MO or in TES5Edit. I do not use HDT, TBBP, or any other body physics mods. Can anyone point out what I am doing wrong and how to solve it? Thanks.
  2. I have finally come to the point when I have almost selected all my mods and ENB after much research and testing mods. My gameplay is mostly smooth, however… When it comes to Dawnstar, my game suffers from frequent temporary freezes when shifting the view angle in first person. Add a dragon attack and/or vampire attacks, the game will suffer with up to about 15 seconds of freezing. Which makes any combat unplayable for me, especially since I have a high-end rig. I have rarely seen this elsewhere, except for some dragon attacks; and freezes from those situations do not always happen. It always occurs in Dawnstar. From my testing this happens each time in Dawnstar. The loading screen takes much longer compared to other locations, and the black screen to in-game is also slow. According to the MSI Afterburner display, the Vram reaches up to 6137 mb (my GPU has 6144 mb), and then freezes and resets to low amounts before the loading screen is complete. Now I thought it may be the textures but I have not noticed any purple/missing textures. Also in game when the freezing occurs in Dawnstar, the memory does not always peek at 6137. Sometimes it goes up to 5995 before the game freezes, and have the memory reset to lower values. Based on that, I think there is a possibility there is incompatibility between several of my mods. I did not mindlessly download mods, and read the compatibility issues for each one on the mod description pages. However due to my issues and my tendency to sometimes misread sentences perhaps I made an error somewhere. I have nearly 500 active mods in MO. Here is my esm/esp list: http://www.modwat.ch/u/Ravenous%20Bear I have used Loot to sort my mods and detect any errors. I have used TES5edit to clean all mods with “dirty edits”. Enblocal.INI settings: My computer specs: MSI 980 TI Lightning LE I5-4670K 8 GB Ram Samsug EVO 850 SSD 250 GB 27” 1440p 144 hz IPS with G-Sync Windows 7 I average around 40-50 fps outdoors; 60 fps indoors.

  5. Hello there, I am a newbie in the process of trying to learn how to create my own custom armor for Skyrim. I have downloaded Blender 2.76, NifSkope 2.0 alpha, and GIMP. So far in this learning process I have been able to import the maleheadkhajiit.nif and malebody_0.nif files from Nifskope to Blender. However when doing so, the image of these objects in Blender are all dark and enlarged that it requires zooming out to the maximum limits of Blender. I am using this guide to help me learn this process: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Creating_an_armour_for_Skyrim._Part_1 For both nif files, I did follow the directions of editing the NiHeader settings and removing the BSLightingShaderProperty. Since I have never attempted any such modding and am unfamiliar with Blender and NifSkope, can anyone tell me why these imported nifs are not appearing gray as shown in these image: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/images/3/32/Step03.jpg I know I have quite a long way to go on this project of mine. My goal is to create one unique armor set with 4k textures and maybe with a corresponding sword. Thanks.
  6. Here is the first test I took during the afternoon-night time around Whiterun. Kind of odd since my GPU is OCed at +143/+300.
  7. Thanks for the headsup with the RealisticWaterTwo esps. I have disabled the unnecessary plugins with NMM. Looks like I will have to disable the Wyrmstooth & Falskaar esps as well until I decide to play those DLCs. I have also disabled the HighResText packs to see if that makes a difference, though I was not aware that they could conflict with RealVision Enb. I have a bunch of other graphic mods installed. Hello everyone, While I have decided to start over with a new game due to numerous issues with CTDs and bugs with the first game at 90+ hours (keeping the same character since I saved the face preset on the CC menu), I have been adjusting/updating my graphics/texture mods to improve its performance. While I had made an improvement with less lag & delayed spawning of npcs in day time (usually around 55-60 FPS with some lag while loading in areas known for Random Encounters), the problem still occurs much more frequently at night. Especially in areas where Random Encounters are very likely to occur (otherwise typically around 55-60 FPS as well). I can walk up to an area, and around 10 seconds later I would be under attack by npcs that spawned behind me. I also notice that grass and other flora are also delayed at being visible, thus the landscape can be quite empty at times. Again, this only applies to heavy traffic areas where Random Encounters are likely to occur in my experience so far. Otherwise the game seems to run similarly compared to day time. I am using Realvision ENB (without Depth of Field enabled in ENBoost, otherwise Full and Performance have about the same FPS in my experience), My question is which mod(s) are the likely culprits of the decrease performance at night? Now I know with my setup I can play this game at High/Ultra High settings, but I may be stressing my GPU & CPU to its limits if I want to play around 50-60 FPS. Thus I very much want to maximize the textures/graphics as much as possible with modifying/removing certain mods.   9. Ever since I completed the Lifting The Shroud quest in the Shroud Hearth Barrow, every attempt to re-enter the dungeon to use the Sapphire claw has resulted in CTDs. Every time. I just looked up Shroud Hearth Barrow on the Elder Scrolls Wiki site, this bug has happened and it states it is IMPOSSIBLE to re-enter unless I add the claw in with console commands! Is there a fix to this issue without going back on an old save? I really do not want to go back 27 hours of gameplay because of this.
  10. Well, I decided to backtrack and load BOSS again after awhile. I discovered that all the DLC esms, including Dawnguard, contained dirty edits. So would cleaning the files with TES5Edit.exe might help me out here? I remember doing this before with other mods (I watched the YouTube Video by Gopher), and I thought I did it with the DLC. Arrrggghhhh!!!!
  11. Hmm, I do not want to be forced to do something earlier than planned but getting the DLC out of way may stop it. This is my first time playing this game so I dunno what happens in the DLC conclusion. I did find the Random Vampire Attacks Disabled mod on here. Not sure adding another mod to cover this up would be feasible but it is something to consider as well.
  12. I hope not but it certainly looks that way with what is occurring in my game. Fortunately, I have numerous saves for my character, and know the exact save before the attacks or any modifications to the game itself. So I should be good to play on but I would have to find a way to avoid vampire attacks in cities I guess.
  13. I have been having a technical issue after the first Dawnguard scripted vampire attack in Whiterun. After I defeat the vampires easily/loot their corpses, exit to Dragonsreach or another location in Skyrim, I will always CTD if I attempt to re-enter Whiterun. After the first CTD, any saves within Whiterun itself after the vampire attack will also fail to load. The saves where I located in one of the shops in Whiterun will load but will crash to CTD if I attempt to re-enter Whiterun. However I am able to travel elsewhere in Skyrim with fast travel without any crashes. I know there is a glitch/bug specifically related to the vampire attack. I used the Save Game Script Cleaner to remove the orphan scripts from these mods. It did not work unfortunately. Any suggestions that may be the cause of my problem? I really do not want to be forced to stay away from towns and villages at nighttime. This is something I really want to fix in my game. Thanks.
