I recently learned of an amazing retirement town Gibsonton, Florida. The town was made up of retired circus "freaks" that was/is a home to a town of lovely people. I'd love to have settlers that reflect these special people so I can make them a beautiful home that hopefully is little better than reality. Thank you! Link to video I watched:

When the Mesh setting under Graphics is set to Ultra, you get the shiny helmet-hair effect. Try lowering the Mesh setting.
