If you played Fallout New Vegas' DLC: Dead Money then you definitely remember the ghost people. You were able to get the armor in that game which I thought was really cool but short lived and there were no customization options for any armor. But here we are in Fallout 4 and I was wondering if someone could make the armor a thing. The weapons and maybe the cloud residue as a little bonus would be pretty cool as well.
