Nevermind, It works. For some magical reason, it works again.

I edited weapons.xml and armor.xml and now when I try to run the patcher, it goes for a bit, and then stops at 'exporting consistency file' and creates a patchus maximus.esp that, when looking at it with nexus mod manager, has no masters. don't know how to fix this.

I have been having this error code for to long. Anytime I load a save the error comes up, but I can keep playing, although stuff doesn't work. I didn't just install SkyUI, but it had been working for a long time, and one day it popped up. I have windows XP, for my newer computer is having some problems. Skyrim wasn't working when I left this computer, so I couldn't pinpoint the cause of error. anyway, I try to load skyrim, and it doesn't work. no crashing, no error message. I go into task manager, it's not an application. I go into processes, and sure enough, TESV.exe was there. This happens if I launch Skyrim from it's launcher or from skse. I don't know what to do.
