Thanks for the replies. I already knew NPC Face Transfer but it really isn't of much help since you must have a pre edited NPC mod. If it somehow allowed to transfer the face from the player character it would be much better. Nexus has lots of follower but most of them use custom bodies and textures which kinda suck. I've wasted many hours this weekend trying to create a follower for personal use (custom face but using the body/skin i had installed) on CK using racemenu export function and nif merger/converter function with no good results. The face wouldn't apply to the character. Creating a follower using a custom face on this game is very confusing. Guess at least i've learned how to add a vanilla looking follower on the game. A mod like familiar faces for this game would be really great even if it was a simplified version

Is there an easy way to apply a racemenu preset to a follower or NPC? I've seen some tutorial of how to create a standalone follower but they all seen too complicated and outdated (they were for LE). Back on LE i used to have Familiar Faces that allowed me to create a pseudo follower with the looks i wanted but on LE i can't even edit the NPC faces.

Hey guys I've downloaded a mod that changed the appearence of an already in game follower (farkas), however i changed my mind and downloaded another mod that changed the looks of the same follower and replaced the old mod. The new mod works, but theres a huge neck gap on the follower. When i start a new save game the neck gap disappears but theres any way that i can fix this on my current 40 hour save game? Also when i use the set npc weight console command on any npc their face turns completely grey. Anyone knows what may be causing this problem and how can i fix this?? I have many other mods installed Sorry for my poor english
