  1. Another quick fix would be to open the console (ingame) and target your newly created NPC. Then adjust its weight by typing "setnpcweight" followed by a space and whatever weight you want for your NPC. * For max weight this would be 100. (ex "setnpcweight 100") Your new NPC's facial skin should immediately revert to its proper default. This should provide a quick view to how your character will look ingame, for later migration into an esm. A more permanent solution can be found in the Actor Window: In the lower right, under Template Data, select "Use Traits". Then use the drop down selection (Actor Base) and pick an NPC who most closely resembles your intended actor. This will make your new actor look exactly like the one you picked from the template data. You should now be able to adjust your new NPC's AI Behaviors, Quests etc, as it only adopts the appearance of its base.
