Ghostblade and Drainheart swords appear to use the same mesh, they certainly look the same side-by-side, however, if you put Ghostblade into a weapon rack, it will not center, it will be off to the side (or above, in the case of the large weapon racks). Drainheart appears to have its attach points set correctly. Over time, Ghostblade will appear to "wander" - moving further and further away from the attach point on the rack (every time you enter or leave the cell), until it either falls off or disappears. I'm sure this is probably a ridiculously easy fix, but I do not have the knowledge right now to do it myself.
