NEVER MIND i'm a dingus...didnt deploy them everything is there now

The placement of the Vortex is on C Drive, is it all supposed to be installed on the drive the game is? or?

is THAT the actual Problem?

if it makes it more clear, i have Re-deployed the stuff about 3 times, made sure the game path is on D, the Staging and DL paths arent in the way of the main one...

Sooo I recently got back into the knack to install FO4 and start modding again. I have the game on another drive than main. i have all the staging, DL, and install onto that said drive, lets say D Drive for short. Vortex says the games are installing, they are downloaded, and such but arent installing into the folder. what am i missing that isnt, i cant really see anything on progress. how i know it's not installing a thing in as i'm refreshing and seeing the folders get created but no ESMs or BA2 files are being installed. i set everything up right...dunno what i did wrong?

Doesnt anyone notice that the Captain Cosmos Power Armor is basically a Power Armor version of the Varia Suit from Metroid, now what would be a sexy Paint Job, but i could make it if i had the textures....hmmm....time to dig through the Geck again

make sure the AppID is right, cause yeah, and you dont need to worry about that on that, the game loads through steam overlay by via shortcut! just have the Shortcut on the desktop, it's hard to make Steam to run the new executable Edit, as i mean make a shortcut of the launcher of 4GB Launcher, put it on your desktop, rename it what you want like me Fallout Tales of Two Wastelands 4GB and i click that, only use the main launcher to edit config and such, even people will say this on the Skyrim side

ok....what was found out that Greetings was modified....as in Top was check and priority was as well.....making all greetings apart of it.... not to anyone...NEVER MOD IT!!! JUST PLACE IT AND THATS IT!!! someone needs to make a more comprehensible video about that.... i'll do that someday

are you using the 4GB patch Launcher? Download that and place it into the game's main directory, if you have NVSE it'll run that with it. you are using more than the 2 GB limit that was Engine based, Obsidian wanted to patch that part but it was too deep in the code to fix it, sooo modders made the 4GB Patch that runs the game from out side to take in 4GBs of Vram, this may fix your "Out of Memory" problem but if you still get crashes, try asking about load orders on this form after that Error doesnt come up Edit: oh if you dont have a GPU (Graphics Card) thats not more than 2GB...it wouldnt matter

Ok so here is where I am for a informative bump I have all the needed topics for following, but several including greeting have more than 1 reply like switching from melee and ranged, waiting etc. It's not her being a alien or the voice as I had a voice on the first version of Uncalsee but had single replies, on that version before the lines were done, Uncalsee worked like a charm with no problems. Not even greetings were appearing, soo the difference is that I'm not supposed to add more than one reply for the following stuff like fired, wait, ranged, melee etc. That must be the problem, I'll check after I get back onto my computer sooo yeah... If anyone can make a quick debug follower and do what I did and see if it affects your/their game... Other than that I have to start all over again and go step by step on what I am doing till this problem happens Thanks to anyone that helps after this... I have to make my own guide on how to make a follower with deeper instructions for stuff

ok i have MULTIPLE replies to certain Following actions, now could this be the problem? cause i took out the other 2 greetings and it still came up note this is AFFECTING THE WORLD in convos, not just this one NPC Follower

What do you mean list of topics? You have to add GREETING to the main topic list or the dialogue won't initialize

Ok, i now know that it CANT be that i dont make every single of my replies for my follower to have her as the speaker. i have made a new version that is supposed to be less bugged (due to the original having a brain fart on using weapons till i found out about the Form List and made my own weapons list for said follower) and i got the greetings bug again. I DO HAVE ALL REPLIES WITH GetisID == 1 ON MY FOLLOWER'S REF!!! (UncalseeREF) what am i missing as i just did a test before i put my dialogue scripts to make sure that the things are working and BAM there it is and so does the follower i already have hired has GREETINGS in it's choice pool. Conditions i have on all AT LEAST is: GetisID Target UncalseeREF == 1 and it tags COMUncalsee as speaker without using the Speaker Dropdown EDIT: 10:57 PM: Oh and Uncalsee is a Abomination/Alien using the Zeta models as i have TTW
