  1. Cheers. Luckily I had two installations, one with the old mods, so I just reloaded there, took the character's items off, then saved and used that save in my installation (with updated mods). All seems fine now.
  2. This is probably related to updating mods at some point: when I look at my character, I can see effects applied for items removed, or in some case the effect applied _double_ if they are wearing the item. For example, they have a +15 Shirt of Strength - hovering over the Strength att shows that applied twice. Another +15 bonus is there from an item they are no longer wearing. Any help appreciated,
  3. There's a point where if you have high enough sneaking and some level of Chameleon, that if you attack an NPC right in front of you, then crouch down, they won't see you. Pop back up, and they see you, then pop down and you are invisible again! Is there any mod or tool that fixes this (ie that NPCs take into account distance and previous attacks/sights of you)
  4. Thanks - yup that mod is no longer needed. P.
  5. Hi all, I installed Arrow Denocker from: http://download.fliggerty.com/download--36 However it doesn't seem to work. Is it not compatible with the more recent versions of MWSE or MGE (it looks like it hasn't been updated in a long time). If not is there a similar mod? P.
  6. Thanks - i discovered it was a mix of Windows Glow and/or Interiors of Mournhold. I use the Nexus Mod Manager but I found Wrye Bash very usefully in telling me which mods had clashes, had issues and giving me the optimum sort order. All working now, may tru to reinstall the mods at some time. P.
  7. I started up my installation of Morrowind after a good few years and it was working fine until I got to Mournhold. When I enter the royal palace courtyard, I have tonnes of missing textures including the ground. My Warnings.txt has the following warnings - does anyone know what mod/s this might refer to? Model Load Error: Meshes\_WGT\ex_mh_palace_cy_01d.nif cannot load file in Meshes\_WGT\ex_mh_palace_cy_01d.nif. Will use the default object Marker_Error.NIF. Model Load Error: Meshes\_WGT\ex_mh_palace_cy_01a.nif cannot load file in Meshes\_WGT\ex_mh_palace_cy_01a.nif. Will use the default object Marker_Error.NIF. Model Load Error: Meshes\_WGT\ex_mh_pw_03_a_cy.nif cannot load file in Meshes\_WGT\ex_mh_pw_03_a_cy.nif. Will use the default object Marker_Error.NIF. Model Load Error: Meshes\_WGT\ex_mh_palace_cyard_00.nif cannot load file in Meshes\_WGT\ex_mh_palace_cyard_00.nif. Will use the default object Marker_Error.NIF.Thanks in advance, Paul
  8. I've installed Oblivion Graphics Extender as an OMOD and it's working fine, generating both a OBGEv2.log in my main directory and the relevant obge.ini. I'm configured Data/Shaders/shaderlist.txt as just godrays.fx, and added that file to Data/Shaders. However, when I run Oblivion, the effect isn't shown and instead the following is listed in OBGEv2.log: I also get a similar error with other shaders; for example: Anyone know what the solution is? Thanks, P.
  9. I tried the Improved Water Shader for Morrowind (http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/23606), installing it using MPM (Morrowind Plugin Manager) then configuring the settings in MGE. However, the shader gave ugly results, so I then uninstalled it and reverted the changes in MGE. However, now when I go outside in the game, everything is white - I can see my own hands, and text popups, but's that it. Any help appreciated. P.
