  2. Man, it feels like its been awhile since I was last here. Time for a new update, with more complex features comes slower progress updates unfortunately. But! I have been very busy going crazy adding in the code to get him to sell all the valuables you want him too! Have I accomplished that? No. Coding this feature has been a nightmare, but Im making baby step progress on this feature. I have made him able to travel to belethors goods for now , stand there an talk to him as well as playing various idle's and removes all the items that you have for sale. What I cant get is the friggin gold coins of all those items he sold ND IT S MAKING ME VERY UNSTABLE AN INSANE IVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS ALKMOST NONSTOP FOR 2 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But for now have a sneak peak at another Bad ass Fire spell for Xanthys, he got really pissed at a guard making for making fun of using magic. I call this...... Magma Spike
  3. Okay sorry for the lack of updates been busy an just workin on boring things but now I have something to share! The teleportation feature has been successfully implemented for all major holds if you guys have any suggestions on any other locations let me know for starting points inbetween main holds for immersive playthroughs. \ The second feature Im planning on implement I think will be very interesting. Im planning to implement a feature tHat when your in a hold like whiterun for example you can command Xanthys to sell designated items in a seperate inventory and will travel to either belethors goods or the drunkens huntsman depending on what you sell . Arcadia's cauldron for potions as well.
  4. Okay teleportation! wWOWOWOWOOW. aN IMMERSIVE WAY OF FAST TRAVELING WHEN YOU HAVE AN UNDEAD MAGE THAT FRIGGIN LOVES FIRE. When certain prerequisites are unlocked fast travel to it from Xanthys by teleporting you guys! And to keep it from being boring for now Ive added several coc markers to keep it compatible with city overhauls. Why several? Because when you teleport to Winterhold you wont just teleport to winterhold. youll teleport to winterhold at random spots in Winterhold This feature will be implemented for all holds and major settlements like Riverwood and I'm also trying to implement an effect to the player an xanthys where an makes it feel like you came out of a portal. Im currently in the testing phase of this.
  5. You did a teleportation thing as well?! Haha mine has sorta of a gimmick to it hehe.... And the armors he cant equip he just cant equip and will have no texture, I was trying to make an immersive armors patch for him but the ck instantly crashes when I apply custom armor to him

Okay so as I was gearing up to show more stuff an record I attempted a demo and one of the feature I havent shown yet was working fine, but the special effects wasnt consistant and I was like s*** this will look very bad even for a demo so then I started tweaking with the order of the commands and it was just making it worse, so then I started tweaking the " Utility.Wait(0.02) " and now the special effects will play 98 percent of the time Im not sure if this is the limitation of this code or what , I would welcome anyone else's input on this matter, also how do you guys feel about Xanthys's Texture, also would you want me to retexture all his equipable armor to fit a pyromancer? If I did the textures would only be the default 1024 maybe even less since Ill be using skyrims default textures, or would you rather have me leave it alone so people can pick their own default retextures

Boyyyyy do I have a ton of updates to share with you guys with everything I've been adding, fixing, updating, an general improvements to Xanthys, For starters I have a working beta of Xanthys's Skeleton texture I like it, I might tweak it but the general vibe your suppose to get is "Fire" Texture by kajuan please take a look at his textures they're very professional! Armor As for Armor I added better iron armor for him and even badass dragonbone armor And finally his armor that you first meet him in! Spells Firespike The Fire Spike Spell! It does damage to stamina and health as well as slows the target down, and even imaples everything an anything an stays there, what does he shoot out? A human spine thats on fire~ Skullbolt Skullbolt does damage to health and magika and Im sure you can guess but its a firebolt that shoots..... a skull wowowoowoowowowowWOOWOW figuring out nifskope for these kinds of spells it pretty much copying pasting Im surprised that not a lot of people do this. theres more to come and I have 3 more spells you guys havent seen! and Ill be posting a video tonight!
  9. Oh wow, congrats on 3.0! Once I get my new rig and finish Xanthys, Im definitely using her next playthrough! Almost a gig of content truly impressive!

  13. I kinda wanted to switch gear before work, and I had an idea for an insignia for Xanthy's retextures for alot of his stuff and I come up with 1 very rough concept of his insignia
  14. Okay so showing you guys dialogue is kind of boring especially if theres no audio yey, I've just been adding dialogue an cleaning up an refining features for a the past few days! But I have a brand new feature to show! It seems like a lot of followers have a storage function for the player that a lot of modded followers utilize and I was wondering, "What could I do to make Xanthy's feature stand out?" just having him turn into a chest was kind of alright but I though it was pretty dull and pointless. But then, then I was looking through vicn's creature pack! And then I remember my friend gg77 (He let me use his some of his well made mount mods definitely check it out he has some very interesting stuff!) he used one of the assets I saw in vicn's resource. Then I knew the best way to implement Xanthys's storage system! Xanthys transforms into a daedric chest! An even if your in the middle of storing something an your being attacked he will claw at the enemies an pounce em untill the fights over. A walking talking tough storage chest!
  15. you dont need it but wintermyst is cool to have and if you do select wintermyst then also get WARF/crafting overhaul clothing and clutter with wintermyst

  17. Now this is interesting could this be a new form?Everytime I think I grow closer to the end I get pulled back from new ideas! I fear the day I have to pack everything into a bsa :0 Also I gained permission for the Demon horse up above! Oh boy!   20. Yep! once the functionallity of this mod is done its time to retexture it! Xanthys's bones is getting a custom retexture including his eyes and the armor I've shown him wearing will also be recolored to that, fit of a pyromancer! Reds, oranges, and yellows (maybe some black) Unfortunately thats a way down the line but anticipate him standing out among the other skeletons!
  21. Okay Update time so you know that bone horse thing I was excited to implement? It getting shitcanned. Why? Well I talked to my good buddy an mentor T3nd0 about it. I even gave him the files to see if he can make sense of it. It appears in CK fine and functional. implemented in the game its invisible because that makes sense to the creation kit. So I thought all was a waste. but something really good came from this dilemma! Xanthys is a Pyromancer but at a core hes a Mage! It wouldn't really be impressive if he can only transform into 1 creature all the time to carry his Master! With this Breakthrough thanks to T3nd0! He can now randomly change into these 3 bony creatures at random to when ever he feels like and carry his Master to his/her/its destination! But first I need to get newermind43 permission for his demonic horse!
