    what I noticed in this game that the hair on npc's is just flat. Can someone make a mod to make the hair on npc's realistic maybe enable nVidia hairworks?

    right so what i realised in fallout 3/NV that the hackings easy so i want a mod with a more advanced interface, incredibly high difficulty and a way how to hack from the "contact the administrator" screen.
