If you deactivate all your mods and still experience the problem then your Skyrim might be "dirty". Maybe try reinstalling. Just backup your saved game first.

I'm looking for a similar mod to enhanced night sky that is lighter performance vice.

Hello, I would like us to share mod lists and perhaps come with recommendations and improvements. I've been working on my mod list for a week now. Just to make everything work.
