Thank you I figured it out

I have been playing fallout four with vortex and the game will not start. It will load up but then when it should go to the main menu, it crashes. I have every mod listed as uninstalled, but it still doesnt work. It does work when I click purge mods but I would like to use the vortex mod Manager and not lose track of the mods that I have. Is there a way to export the files to my computer and downloads and then I can reinstall them. Or is there something else I am missing. Thank you.
