I have been following Gopher's modding tutorial series on youtube which as far as I'm aware shows some outdated mods now so I have replaced anything outdated with what was suggested on NM. I have restored the files to their original state three times now and have reinstalled mods in various configurations with no success yet. The only mods I have installed are NVSE, Darnified UI, MCM, One HUD, UIO and Project Nevada and I am still getting this issue. If anyone knows what the cause of this is, how to fix it or at least some way that I could find out how to fix it I would be very grateful.

Not trying to use both at the same time, I prefer NMM but installed MO to fix a mod, should I just uninstall MO?

I just tried to install some mods for skyrim and the 'download with manager' link now takes me to MO and forces me to install mods from there. The mods are supposedly installed but are not appearing in game. Beforehand I would be taken to NMM and could install mods without any issues. Would really appreciate it if someone could help me install mods using NMM again or at least point me in the right direction as I have been searching for a solution for quite a while now.
