  1. Is their a way to fix the game with the missing mods? I installed Skyrim on a weaker laptop that's connected via internet and it ran alright when I was in a room or cave not outside. I've been thinking of trying to reset the game
  2. I mean I'm trying to find out why my Skyrim is running slower then it should and if removing things like saves would work.
  3. My Skyrim which had about 80-90 mods active on the nexus and 24 on the steam community, but I eventually had to reset my laptop therefore losing everything so I reinstalled Skyrim and it was running very slow and I don't remember all the mods I had so I'm going to guess the mods overlapped and corrupted the game so would cleaning TES V work? It seems like it will
  4. Before I get started what you need to know is that I eventually had to reset my laptop but before I did I checked my Skyrim and it ran smoothly, now after I reset my laptop and reinstalled steam and Skyrim the game has been running very slowly. Laptop specs: Processor: AMD A8-6410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics 2.00 GHz Installed Ram: 8GB (6.94 GB usable) System type: 64-Bit operating system, x64-based processor. Edition: Windows 8 And my Skyrim has all of the DLCs and is up to date Anyways for more information My Skyrim ran smoothly with about 80-90 mods active from the 100 I had from the nexus along with the 24 on the steam community. Anyways after I reset my laptop reinstalled steam and got Skyrim the game was going very very slow, at first I thought this was because I was missing some mods so I reinstalled some like tropical skyrim, Sauron's armour and Midas magic fixed and it still ran slow, I did install Skyrim on a weaker laptop via steam and while it was not as good as my current fixed laptop it ran smoothly when I got some mods like tropical Skyrim. Granted all of these laptops are connected via internet last I checked so that might be the reason why, so I've been thinking of resetting my Skyrim's memory having no saves or mods at all and removing possible corrupted files((from the mods which I assumed overlapped each other)) and of course this would just leave the game with no mods or saves and just it's three DLCs. But before I do anything is their an alternate way to fix this? And if not or if resetting is the best option how do I reset my Skyrim?
  5. Ok so after a long story I eventually had to reset my laptop but before I reset my laptop I checked games like Skyrim which was running smoothly with over 100 mods((I had 100 on the nexus with 80-90 active and about 24 from the steam community)) but after I reset my laptop got steam and re installed Skyrim the game was going very slow which I found odd so I re installed nexus mod manager and got some mods I had beforehand like Tropical Skyrim and it was still very slow. So I deleted mod manager and Skyrim which I eventually reinstalled to see if that'd fix it but it was still too slow((I also had it on a far weaker laptop which ran Skyrim with tropical Skyrim and some other mods quite well, this weaker laptop is also connected to mine via internet)) so I'm not sure how to fix it as I'm going to assume my mods before hand overlapped and corrupted my files/saves so I must ask is there a way to fix this? I've been thinking of resetting my Skyrim having no mods or existing saves only the game itself obviously and it's three DLCS, but I'm not sure how to do it? So I have two questions. Is there another way to fix this that I should know of? How do I reset my Skyrim's memory to only have the default game with it's DLCS.
