You can get "Tale of Two Wastelands" from here - ToTW . Guy who posted that says " TTW is basically the newest version of RFCW. It is newer and better, and will be the platform that the dev team uses going forward" So I'm pretty sure they are the exact same thing. I believe RFCW got taken down due to copywrite reasons. What happened to RFCW? The mod that made it possible to combine FO3 and FNV? I can't find it all of a sudden

Can someone post a link to, or make a (FOOK, WMK and MMM compatible) mod that makes NPC's more likely to miss? I keep getting shot at 100m distances with the same gun i use, and somehow their shots keep hitting, but mine are way too inaccurate. Its really annoying. VERY, VERY ANNOYING! ....Help?

I think you should at least use FOOK and WMK(weapon mod kits) I also recommend MMM. Remember to use FallOut Interoperability Patches(FOIP) if youre going to use more than one of those.

i Dont know if all of this is possible, but can anyone make a mw2 mod, with custom armor, weapons, camos (maybe a riot shield) under barrel shotguns/noob tubes, etc. That would be pretty cool if anyone could make it. Personally, i dont have the skills, time, or software to do that. You dont have to do everything i mentioned, just a few weapons is enough, although the more, the better. Also, making WMK work with the mod could be very cool, adding attachment as you see fit, or maybe even an addon so that you get sights, scopes and other attachments available. I dont care what, just please do something that i've mentioned, please!

3 easy steps: 1. get the song 2. Replace it with one of the existing songs.(be sure to name it excactly as the old one!) 3. start playing fallout! I think that should work, although im not 100% sure.
