Have you tried putting dxgi.dll from system32 folder in skyrim folder?

https://imgur.com/a/P2uR3CR this is the difference with vivid weathers, which slightly improves the overall look, without a weather mod it looks like absolute trash, everything is a blue tint, gonna post a pic if someone answers as i don-t seem to be having many replies

EDIT: i think enbs randomly started working but now skies are INSANELY blue like with snapdragon the sky is as blue as it can get and super saturated, with Daylight ENB the sky lightning becomes green, im so tired of this I don't understand but on my pc most enbs look wrong, they have f***ed up colors, effects dont seem to be on or fully activated, weathers and lightning is completely f***ed, like everything looks either blueish or sort of washed out like enbless skyrim (gonna post pics when i get on my pc), now i didn't want to annoy people with these issues so i googled a lot and here's what i tried (with no success): Running LOOT, then running modless (no difference)Running BETHini (made game crash before start for some reason, couldn't find culprit, even removing bits at a time from both skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini didn't workChanging ENB versions, tried 0.221, 0.279, 0.308, 0.319 (no change)Mixing Weather mods (this was interesting, it seems like with Climates of Tamriel the blue tint was gone, but it still looked different than working realvision without weather mods)Installed the DX10 in skyrim folderTweaked inis (not my first enb rodeo, already did all the bFloatPoint etc..)EDIT: Reinstalled skyrim (no change)Reinstalled ModOrganizer (no change)What baffles me is how this happens in W10, so i dual boot Win 7 and it still happens, then i try on my friend's win 7 machine and it works perfectly! Also Kountervibe was working fine i believe, but Tetrachromatic and most of the others don't! I don't understand what they have in common. My Specs: i7 7700k no oc GTX 1080 no oc Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon 2TB HDD 500Gb SSD Friend's specs: I7 4790 GTX 980Ti 2TB HDD 750GB SSD Thanks for your time i googled a shitton of similar cases and they all say the same stuff but it doesn't seem to be working out, as soon as i get on my pc i'll post the pictures of the washed out stuff.

BUMP!!! Same problem!!! Ive been struggling for weeks, nothing works, ran bethini, loot, went modless (still happens) tweaked enblocal, enbseries, verified game files, please help, for me i get this sort of blue tint and the sky looks incredibly brightly blue along with washed out colors. Sorry if its against the rules feel free to remove this post moderators, didnt want to post another post for basically same issue.

would be cool together with moar weapons for robots i want moaarrrrrr

Title, i'd like to have more robot weapons, i know about Weapon system overhaul, but its outdated and doesnt satisfy me, i'd like some ballistic weapons such as .44/.38/.308 arm guns or some scrap pipe robot weapons can't find anything :(

Uhhhm i think my grass didn't take his pills today... The grass keeps changing graphics to big orange rectangles, to purple flowers, to green tall grass I can't give a image since i don't know how to .-. (image button tells me to put an url, but the image is saved on my computer)

Also why did my game magically become like filled with grass with a -5 fps loss when before it had a minimum percentage of grass? Illuminati! but now i go at a medium fps rate of 20-25 :(
