yes, there is where someone who took up the idea of doing this would/should start. I'm just asking if anyone would be willing to do it. i've no intention to learn whats required to do it or acquire the software ect. I'm not a modder just someone who enjoyed a mod as is asking if someone would be willing to do the work (assuming permission granted) to port or remake it.

never had enb installed to begin with. started getting a letter box effect after installing a follower mod. uninstalled that mod and the effect persisted. continued removing mod until nothing but cbbe and xpms skeleton ( neither of which have anytihng to do with that effect) were left and still the effect persists.

tried that already until my mod list was empty, last ones i pulled out were cbbe and xpms skeleton. neither of which have anything to do with letterboxing.

no i havent changed my resolution. and still havent found a fix.

soo i added new mods to my list and now for some reason i have the black bars top and bottom "letterbox" but i do not have any enb mod installed. anyone got any possible explanation or fix for this? also its been a while so telling me how to copy and post my entire mod list would also be useful.

Just looking for someone to make a mod that basically does the same as two existing mods that conflict. bigdaman151's mod that increases the betting limit and winnings limit in the vanilla casinos and Krevil's mod that makes slots always pay 40x your normal bet and blackjack pay 5x on a natural blackjack.
