Atrocide

I have the same problem with Codsworth. Didn't find him and used console and got a non talking Codsworth who will follow me around after I accidentally force-recruited him. Then the real one appears and regardless of what I do, has the dismiss dialogue option and he won't follow me and the duplicate won't leave me alone.
