Oh also, all the unofficial patches plugins did not work unfortunately, not for vanilla and the other dlc's.

I have the exact same problem guys ! D: , has anyone found a fix yet ? Though it might not make skyrim unplayable it sure makes you twitch every time you want to have a look at your skills. I have it for all my characters and I got it after installing dragonborn. But even without all my mods this problem persists. You two peeps are about the only one who have the exact same problem as me that I managed to find. So I'm hoping we can find a fix, I'll be sure to post it here if I find one myself.
