i installed FOSE but I cannot get the extra scripts to work on the GECK. but it works fine when play fallout (the game not the scripts cuz the scripts dont work)

FO3 underground is stupid cuz u need to make 30 posts and a 3 day old account to download files -_-

i cannot find any good halo weapon mods and the only one i could find has flickering/broken textures (Jackpack Weapons). can anybody give a link to some halo weapons that dont suck :P

i need to know how to put in custom music because i searched all around the tutorial thing and i couldnt find any tutorials of how to put on music

whenever i try to download a mod, it downloads but then it shows up as a internet link and the internet link forces you to re download it. can you send me a link to fix the problem or tell me what it is

Im new to modding and mi last account (sp3c0p5grunt) got banned but i have no idea why. Can you tell me or send me a link to the rules because they did not even email me why or how i got banned.... UPDATE: now i see why i got banned =D. maybe you could have given me a warning or something but w/e
