  1. AQ very simple straightforward request. Something like this from Fallout 4: Craftable Turret Stands Just make a turret platform that can be attached to the side of a storage container, or even the Watchtower. As it is now, turret placement in outposts is limited to placing them on the ground, which just gets them smashed by the aggressive bugs, or you can place them on top of an outpost hab structure. I'd like to at least be able to attach a turret stand on the side of the Watchtower, or a storage container, or a power plant, etc....
  2. I was just playing the game last night, thru SFSE_loader.exe. I had to install the new updated version. The game launched fine, i played for an hour, woke up this morning and... SFSE says it can't find Starfield.exe, even though I'm looking at the folder and every file is where it's supposed to be. This is nuts. The game does run if I launch it from Steam, but not if i launch it either thru Vortex, or by double clicking SFSE.exe in the Starfield folder. Okay, this was weird. Been trying for over an hour to figure out what was messed up, even dragging and dropping the SFSE files back into the "Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield" Starfield folder, rebooting the computer, etc... I tried launching it thru the sfse_loader.exe and it always came up with the same error message. So I was wondering what was up with Starfield.exe. I R-clicked and looked at properties, it looked fine. I double clicked sfse_loader.exe and it ran just fine. WTF?? Did simply looking at the Starfield.exe properties remedy this?? I'm really confused now, but the game runs thru SFSE, so....
  3. Here's a great idea, make our companions shut the hell up! Make them less talkative companions. Make these companions less annoying like they are in Baldur's Gate. Those NPCs realize when I'm interested in them in a romantic way, and they stop. I dread walking near my companions on my ship because they will tag-team and all end up pestering me. Allow us to turn off their stupid gifts. Because every time I see Sarah or Barret they remind me they have something for me. It really gets annoying when you have four companions on your ship and they all crowd into the cockpit so they can give you their gifts. The worst was when they were gathering in the cockpit, and started walking in front of me, blocking my view, while i was in combat with other ships. They were telling me they had something for me. Hitting the E key to get out of the pilot's seat did not work, it opened a dialogue with them instead. Just make a mod where they stop pestering us with requests or queries, endlessly, all the live long day, every day. Also, is a mod possible to allow us to turn off the romance stuff completely.
  4. Yes, I also found out that it seems to be a trouble with the molerats. It´s probably the same problem with Mulligans mine in Nuka World (I haven´t tried it yet). Something to do with animals coming from underground. I have found a much faster and easier way: Disable AI before encountering troublesome underground animals. This is what I did with Shamrock Taphouse: Before entering the Taphouse write "tdetect" in console (without quotations marks). This disables AI. When eliminating the last molerats in the room where Buddy is write "tdetect" in console again to enable AI. Now you can talk to buddy. Worked flawlessly for me. Edit: It also works in Vault 88. That might be an old posting of yours, but wow - "tdetect" worked. Your solution fixed this for me: My companion would not follow me down stairs Buddy would move out of his chamber and go thru the entire quest dialogue. However, after that he would not move and the game always hung up when I tried to leave; even with travel saves turned off.After using "tdetect" my companion immediately followed me downstairs, I killed the mole rats. Getting the password tape and using "tdetect" again, then deploying Buddy, and he followed me outside.
