The Enclave in fallout 3 was part of the US government,so the NCR is also part of the government,right?

did you notice that before the update we could use the shelf for just about anything,books,jar,scrolls or whatever.and now we get a message like this:"you can only put book in here"

favorit menu keep forgeting my ky binding.if i uneqiup the weapon,etc the game forget my binding
