The description pretty much explains it all. No matter what ENB settings I use, there is constant freezing, which is followed by a bright flash. It gets worse when the camera angle is being changed quickly, such as getting on a horse or accessing the blacksmith forge, but it still happens no matter where I am. I'm pretty sure it's not my computer, but here are the specifications anyway. Intel i7 2600k Sandy Bridge OC'd 4.2GHz 8GB DDR3 RAM EVGA nVidia GeForce GTX 580 Anyt light that can be shed on what the problem may be would be very appreciated.

There are a few tutorials that use CrazyBump on CGTuts+, however the tutorials themselves aren't strictly CrazyBump oriented. Just letting you know, in case you want to add them to your empty lists. :P

I do but it hasn't ever caused problems before this. I did have a colored map mod but it just magically disappeared(and the map is still colored.)

I actually have no map mod. I had a similar problem with this in another game, I think World of Warcraft. Changing the resolution fixed the problem, but it didn't work here.

It's been a while since I played Oblivion, but when I opened the map, I noticed the markers were off-center, or rather the map was off-center. Basically the map-markers don't line up with the map. Imperial City is located in the northwest part of the mountains. Can someone tell me how to fix this, it's rather annoying.
