So when I try loading a mod I am making in the creation kit, it crashes. I try loading the Mod, Setting it as active, as well as it's master files. Help Anyone?

I am creating Outfits for a NPC follower I am creating for my personal use. I am trying to use the Emfy Clerical Robes in her outfit. The outfit will not save when I save the mod, and my NPC Becomes Naked when Added to the game! Also, I have the Factions and Relationship set up, but she will not become my follower?

So, I was adding some mod's to skyrim today, such as the lamp follower mod. My skyrim Crashed, so I removed my mods, and then when That didn't work, I uninstalled Skyrim, and reinstalled it, and it keeps crashing after start up. Help?
