LE sword sheathed closed to body???
FlapjacksNsyrup replied to apstms12's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
I don't know of any, but I would also be interested if someone could link one on here. I'd make it myself, but I don't know how to do those kinds of mods. -
LE Undo "Destroy the dark brotherhood"
FlapjacksNsyrup replied to famkehoopers's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
Of course it's going to be awesome. It's The Dark Brotherhood. The infamous legendary group of assassins that are known and feared throughout all of Tamriel! -
Bound Daggers I'd recommend just getting this mod and using bound daggers. Plus then you can use the 15x Backstab with daggers perk.

This would be possible to do for all Vanilla Skyrim Items, but each mod determines where it is equipped so any items added into the game through mods and there's no guarantee it would still work.

LE Shouldn't werewolves be non-hostile to each other?
FlapjacksNsyrup replied to tawney's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19966/ This makes it so they no longer attack you. Download the "Friendly Werewolves Always" file to get what you want. -
I get what you're trying to say. You want shop owners to actually go to each other and buy and sell things. Or Alchemist shop owners to go out and gather ingredients. There's a few problems with this. In order to actually tell what was going on, you'd need dialog of them trading, which doesn't exist. Also, I'm not sure if NPCs can trade with each other in the first place. Also, sending shop owners out into forests by themselves is a great way to get themselves killed, plus it is difficult to find many ingredients, making what they sell a poor selection or the shop only being open for a few hours while they run all over Skyrim collecting ingredients. I'm not saying this is impossible, but very hard to do. It's unlikely this will ever be created. Sorry.

You could easily make someone who adds warpaint to your face, but that's about it. Tattoos around your body gets way too difficult.

I have made 2 simple mods that shouldn't effect anything in a negative way. 1: Fletching at Forges, Adds Arrows and certain bows to Forges 2:Falmer Smithing, Adds forgeable Falmer armor and weapons to Forges. Also, make sure to get the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. I use it and love it!

It is very possible, however I am not experienced enough overall with modding to do such a thing, however it would be simple if someone actually knew what they were doing. I think, all you would need to do is change the Left Hand and Right Hand variables and swap them all so basically, shields go in your right hand and weapons in your left hand. Then you would need to take all the character models and animations they already have in the game and invert them. However, this would make EVERYBODY in Skyrim left-handed. Making this for just the Player would be a little more difficult as you would still need to do all the above work but then make the game be able to distinguish whether or not the user is the player or not so it would know to equip things in which hands........ Or something like that :P

You're right, there is a variable called 'Charge Time'! I was going to make this mod at your requests, but I checked and all wards' charge time is already at 0.0. I tested a ward in game and it seemed to be already just about instant to me. I don't really see the problem with how long it takes to cast a ward.

Hey there Nexus Forums! I have recently finished my Fletching Mod for Skyrim! It is currently in version 1.2, which I believe has any bugs sorted out and is exactly the way it should be! I urge you to check it out if you like archery in Skyrim and are tired of having to buy or search for arrows. I also would like some feedback. I need to know what you people think of the arrow recipes. If you like them how they are, or think they should be changed, it'd be great to know! Also, I am debating adding in improvements to arrows. The same way you improve weapons; improving arrows at a grind stone. I'm not sure if this is possible, but I'm about the mess around with it right now in the Creation Kit. So please, if you have any spare time, please check out my mod and give feedback. Thanks!

I think it would be awesome if a group of modders remade the original Fallout using the New Vegas Gamebryo engine. This would obviously be very hard and take a lot of work and a lot of time. You would have to make world items, buildings, new models and textures, new weapons, etc., but it would be a fun mod to create. If they could get the map down and then add in the story line quests and side quests and then voice acting, I think it would be really cool if it were done right. Just think, if it were done really good, it could probably get featured and everything.

Nevada Project
FlapjacksNsyrup replied to seriph001's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Mod Troubleshooting
NVSE is 'New Vegas Script Extender'. You must download it from I think a separate site. Download it and use that program to run New Vegas, NOT the Standard New Vegas Launcher. Then it should say "NVSE is running. :)" -
Here's a Picture It's for a mod I am working on and all I am having the people in the room do for now is stand there until I set things for them to do but what has puzzled me is that whenever I enter that room, all 4 people in the room appear at the entrance to the room, connected and drop dead instantly for no reason. Why is this??? Here's a link to the mod if you want to try it yourself: Mojave Wasteland Add On - WIP

What's north of Skyrim? Is that water or more land? If it is land, maybe we will be able to go out there, if it is water, maybe we can take boats to other provinces or islands off the coast.

A few of the things you mentioned were fixed either completely or partially in Fallout: New Vegas. With better computers and a better engine, I'm sure some of these things will be added into TES V.

On New Vegas Nexus, it doesn't let you give a thumbs down, but it does let you give a thumbs up. What's up with that? I can't even click on the Submit button.

Creating Faction Armor
FlapjacksNsyrup replied to FlapjacksNsyrup's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Discussion
No. I have already made my faction and assigned the people to it and set it up. I just need to get the armor that I want to go with it to disguise you as a part of their faction so they won't shoot you (or other factions will). -
How do I take a piece of clothing and assign it to a faction? Like if you're wearing NCR armor it disguises you as a member of the NCR. I made some armor and need it to assign you to a faction that I created.

Removing NCR logo from Kimball's Suit

Somebody has to know how to do this.
