  1. The Presidential Suite gets a lot of loving but really it's like having a hotel room while the entire top floor of the building is vacant. SPOILER If you kill Mr. House (Which happens through a few options), the Penthouse of the Lucky 38 becomes vacant. END SPOILER I was waiting for the opportunity to move into it, which I did as it has a bed but it's pretty spartan. What I would love is a full overhaul that would make the Penthouse a grand player house, it has plenty of space, a nice layout and it wouldn't require any load screens as it's all one piece when you step out of the elevator. In the GECK it shows up as it's own option from Interiors etc. It shows as Lucky38World and it oddly includes the cocktail lounge as a part of it. So my request would be for an overhaul for the Penthouse. It has a cool flooring separation where most is concrete (which could be used for vault/enclave style technology/modern layout) and part of it is wood flooring which could be used for a Vegas style old world fancy apartment area. It's just an idea but one I'd love to see happen. I'm pretty poor with the GECK but may have a go myself if there's no other interest for it.
  2. Just for confirmation, the update 1.6 beta for NVSE is updated on their site: http://nvse.silverlock.org/ I tested it in game and it is working. Confirmed with the Pipboy Readius and Advanced Recon Thermal Night Vision mods.
  3. Another question to help me out with this. Can anyone advise me how to change the script for the elevator and Victor as the elevator so that the destination is my duplicated suite? As it stands the markers are not what shows up in the script and the destination in the script isn't even the name of the original cell. Any advice would be appreciated.

  5. I know there are quite a few Lucky 38 redesign suits already available, I'd like to try my hand at making one. However I'm very new to the GECK and have been limited to modifying weapon/armor stats so far. I have been working on altering an existing mod but I'd like to start from scratch with the original. Just a few things I'd like to know first. How can I replace the Presidential Suite? Do I simply duplicate it and then delete the original? I'm just not quite sure how I make it so that I have an overriding file. I'd like to release it once it's done finally. Also is there a way for me to personally 'back up' the original cell so that I don't completely ruin the suite if I mess up? Bear in mind that I am very new to the GECK. Any advice is welcome.

Though I really only went through the steps you gave. :P I'll have to find something else easy to do to get on a role. ^^ I don't mind the feedback from people, the buckler size was something people felt very strongly about. I wish I could do some of the stuff others talked about. xD
  7. Added as a mod now! Under Shield Scale Mod: http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1714 Description and Images added fine. The file I uploaded, it succeeded but I can't seem to download it. Might just be because I'm the owner of the mod but I just wanted to test everything.
  8. That would be genius. I'll have to add that to the title page! Working on the mod now. I'm wondering if the sizing will need to be done for each race/gender. Might become too big on some race/gender combos otherwise.
  9. I'm glad to show up a couple of screenshots. I tried a few sizes to get it right, I didn't want the shield to become too huge but the way it was, it felt lost both on the character's back and in their hand.   10. EDIT: Removed my utter fail comment earlier. I reread your post and stupidly I had thought it read DA Toolset rather than DA Tool all along. Since I now learned to read correctly, I used DA Tool and it is amazing and easy to use! All fixed and my problem is solved. Thank you very very much!
  11. Hello. Out of frustration I've resorted to requesting a mod - it's not a large mod and possibly not a very difficult mod but one that I'd love to see. My problem is that I would love to use the Warden's Tower Shield which is obtainable as a drop in Warden's Keep or alternatively Duncan's Shield from the main game - except the 'tower' shield model is very small. I always imagine tower shields to be rather long, not cramped up like they are in Dragon Age. My request is for Tower Shields or either of the aforementioned shields to be resized to be longer. I've tried to get into the Toolset myself but it always escapes me, either though a repeating SQL error or from me simply being out of my depth. I have no modding experience so I'm not sure if it's possible but if it could be done I would be eternally grateful. Looking forward to hearing from some skilled and generous modder. QS
