Hello everyone! So I am extremely new to modding oblivion, or any TES game for that matter. I recently made a player house mod for myself and decided to upload it to the nexus for others to use. However I got a suggestion to add a version to allow the house to be bought, and i'm not sure how I do that. I have looked at NPCs in the game files that sell the vanilla houses but im not sure how to add my own NPC and do the dialogue and link it to the house. Any help would be appreciated Thanks, Zer0.
