change Pref.ini to bBorderless=1 as well as res, worked for me

In response to post #29077604. #29120804 is also a reply to the same post. Agree entirely, it's been implemented without decent project management oversight. Also completely agree with the comment on the teams hard work and has extended my love of the game for years too.
