Glad to hear it and thank you for the update. Some changes were implemented today that have hopefully resolved the slow speeds you all have been seeing. Of course, this is ongoing work so please feel free to provide any diagnostic information here if speeds have not increased accordingly. Thanks for your patience! Sorry to inform but the problem has reappeared. Both Vortex and manual downloading are affected.
