So, basically as you've probably heard many times before, I have encountered a bug in Skyrim. The bug in which i'm encountering is in mq106 (A blade in the dark) in which after defeating the dragon Sahloknir Delphine will say the lines; "I'll be damned, you did it!" and then "I... it's true, isn't it? You really are Dragonborn.", but will not go on to speaking to the Dragonborn and apologising (stage 160 is far as i'm aware), however when checking the stage I'm in for the for the quest i'm informed i'm on stage 160, which is where Delphine should be apologising. After reading through numerous posts about how to fix this problem and trying suggested solutions (such as inputting several setstages into the console) i have not come across a solution that works, though the posts i have read have all been posted between the years 2012 and 2013, it is now 2017 and im hoping that someone may now have some sort of solution (such as adding a dialog option to initiate the apology) to this bug.

I have unfortunately encountered yet another problem with my game, my character when walking/running or sprinting likes to move in very annoying stuttery mirco-steps (the sound also indicates this as the walking/running/sprinting sounds are also stuttery at the same time). I have no idea what is causing this as i have no mods that affect the movement of the character or NPCs, the problem has nothing to do with frame rate (as far as i'm aware) as i am getting a solid 60fps. This is the only problem i have at the moment, any help provided will be greatly appreciated.

Reinstalling NMM did help, however i had to reinstall all mods as well for the mods to actually reinstall

im looking in the Skyrim/Data folder, some mods put their file there but have no data in the file, i have also tried restarting NMM and reinstalling mods, however the same thing happens, where in they install but don't actually install (i have checked where NMM is installing the files in the NMM options and the directory is the correct one)

I install mods with Nexus Mod Manager and the esp appears but looking in the skyrim folder no mod files are there, i have no idea why, it was working before, but now it isnt. Any help with my predicament would be appreciated

I wish to create an Npc (with the creation kit) which will use an armour from someone else mod (not for upload, just personal use) but i have no idea how to do so, any help would be appreciated

I don't like it, it is harder to use and figure out I prefer how it used to b :( (first and probably the only time I am commenting, I know this is gonna get lost in all of the other comments :/ noting I can do about that)
