  1. I'd like to see more noncombative companions. Specifically, I think it would be cool if instead of attacking my companions danced around my enemies mockingly, or behind me like badass backup dancers. And it would be amazing if they were skeletons. Dancing just looks better when you are a skeleton. And if there were one skeleton who carried around a Dwemer boombox, from which the fight music originates, well that would just sort of make sense, wouldn't it? All credit for this idea should go to this guy:
  2. This was done a little for Legendary, with some spells to cosmetically alter NPCs using spells, I'm talking more about combining bodyslide with aggressive spell effects. Example spells: *Wither: negative bodyslide values to cause an NPC to lose all visible muscles, and reduces their skill levels, stamina, and health. *Crush: extremely negative bodyslide values that cause parts of the NPC's body to invert, (stomach exiting back of body, etc), reduces health and stamina to the point of death. A good chance to make Alteration the most disturbing and bad ass of the schools of magic.
  3. Where the weapon floats some distance from the character's hand but is otherwise used normally. Range of the weapon should also increase appropriately. Magicka is either consumed or reserved. Stamina used as normal? Either Player Exclusive Animation or Dynamic Animation Replacer so that not everyone uses it.
  4. Hey there all, I'm not a mod maker but I've got an idea that's stuck in my brain. The basic concept for the mod is the ability to summon a follower Final Fantasy style- they show up, do some damage (or create a beneficial effect), then disappear. I think one of the best possible applications for this idea would be a spell mod. I.E. adding a collection of spells that use as their magical effect various NPCs performing specific actions. The spells need not necessarily be in the conjuration school in this case- it would be more using the games ability to cause NPCs to perform scripted actions in order to create a unique spell effect. The most ideal form of this mod I can think of would be a sort of framework. Followers are kept in a location where you give them commands as to what you want them to do when you summon them, given the appropriate spells, shouts, weapons, and armors. Really I imagine this as an interesting way to make use of some of the features of other mods. Picture this scenario: +You have set up Smart Cast https://www.nexusmod...yrim/mods/43123 to cast a spell at low health that: +Summons a follower that is dual wielding, each of their swords has an enchantment from Eldritch Magic Weapon Enchantments https://www.nexusmod...tion/mods/10219 and the follower also has a shout from one of Elysees' mods https://www.nexusmod...tab=description +Using this hypothetical mod you have told your follower to, upon summoning and entering combat with a target: do a power attack with first one hand then the other, followed with the shout, and then unsummon themselves. =You are attacked by a mob, your health gets low, your stamina is gone, and you have just enough magicka to cast the fateful spell which auto-casts and summons your chosen follower to unleash some crazy anime mayhem and give you the breathing room you need. Heck, since this is probably all impossible for any number of reasons that are too stupid for anyone to bother explaining to me, let's have them yell a battlecry as they attack and play an animation as they disappear. Question Section: 1. Are there portions of this mod idea that would even work? 2. Anyone want to make it? 3. Or at least spend a moment indulging with me in wistfully visualizing how bad ass such a mod would be? Thank you for your time, thank you to all you modders for your great work! I'll start endorsing all of it once I finally get the more than 1000 mods I have downloaded installed and figure out which ones play nice with each other... So yeah, like a couple of months from now!
