Is it possible to apply this effect(attachment below) to textures like lightning magic or the laser bolts in fallout 4? Everytime i try to apply the effect myself, the black part always ends up invisible. I figure it has something to do with Alpha settings but i haven't been able to find out what it is exactly.

After my external hard - with my portable MO2 instance - got corrupted, I was seemingly able to recover the mods and profile docs and move them to a new instance, but now Im getting errors that I wasnt getting on my previous instance. There was a mod for skyrim that simply replaced the games original soundtrack with the music from Lord of the rings. Doesn't seem like it would be that hard for someone who knows modding to do the same for This Game.

There's a mod for skyrim called Familiar Faces where you can save created characters into a database and actually recruit them as followers or make them spouses. See mod here: Familiar Faces at Skyrim Nexus - mods and community A fallout 4 version of that would be great.
