ye i already tryed that but it dint work when i drop it or sell and buy it back i keep getting the MFC Bulk back

i have a question i got some bulk MFC in my inventory but when i drop them on the ground and pick them up again i still have the bulk MFC and i can't load them in my weapon. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?? Thanks Regards UrukHai666
