Ok. Well the method worked but for some reason I can't see underwater all I see is green

Ok, so I got skyrim 2 days ago for pc after my ps3 got the YLOD so I decided to start just by having some fun with mods and console commands. Then I got really bored being level 80 and one hitting everything so I decided to start a new game and finish the story properly. So I clicked on new game on the start screen. It showed the dragon symbol and the weird chanting. And then the chanting just kept going on and on and on. Until I got really frustrated and made this thread. I installed a couple of mods recently. (Ethereal Elven Overhaul, Poet follower, Some mod that makes the cities look better, immersive weapons and alternate start live another life) I think it's the live another life one that is the problem. I'm going to try uninstalling and reinstalling the mod to se if that works and if it does then I will say. If it doesn't then I will say, and if it doesn't work please tell me how to fix it. THX!!! :)
