Well with the mt framework script you can both open the .mod files in 3ds max with their bones and re export them as .mod, just need to make sure to tick the dragon's dogma box fix. http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=10956 Also would it be possible for you to share both sets and weapons files. I mean I found Mercedes' model with her face texture inside her npc folder but her face .mod is nowhere to be found so far, same problem with all the npcs ".arc"s I extracted and I can only find Julien's night champion armor not his "normal" armor in all his folder both his face textures and face are also lacking.

Shahdee armor could be done by removing parts on the daedric armor.

You mean in Blender ? Also what about the rigging I'm sure everything was selected in Blender. But thank you I will try again.

So I FINALLY managed to have my armor appear in game but it's like if it was all stretched off and a bit floating around and yet I have set Dismemberweight values in Blender. It would be really nice if somebody could give me atleast an hint of what I'm supposed to do to fix this. Thanks but his problem seems to be with his cuirass and also his armor is in separated parts but for mine it's like half the armor is being rendered in game so I don't think it's comming from the dismembermentweight. But thanks though.

So I actually managed to make the armor show fine in the CK but in game only the body parts that I didn't deleted on the armor are being shown. I don't think it's a problem with UV maps since it's being show fine in the CK but I really need some help. Of course I'll credit anyone giving me the solution to this hell in which I have fallen.

So I actually made an armor in Blender following the tutorial, adjusting the armor in nifskope but despite being shown perfectly in the CS preview ; by that I mean there was all the textures on the body and on the armor. I have made a 0 and 1 nif but in game it is always invisible. Well actually I somehow managed to make the top of the body being shown but everything else is invisible. Some help would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Please ask me if there are things I need to explain more clearly. Also could dismember weight cause an armor to be invisible in game ?

I'd rather the one from Coppola's Dracula movie. But I have to admit this one is pretty good aswell.

Not really a request just an idea. We could have 4 or 6 arms with some idle animations while walking/running/jumping/standing and when we decide to attack whether they all attack at the same time or it could aswell be with additional keys even if the fist possibility seem to me more easier and enjoyable. Also because of this we could be holding 2 twohanded weapons with 1 shield and 1 onehanded weapon or 2 onehanded weapons or literally 6 onehanded weapons. Well hello. So I recently(7 or 8 month ago) rewatched Dracula(the Bram Stocker's based one (Coppola actually)) and I have somehow fallen in love with this armor. This is why I am asking if somehow someone would be ready to recreate this armor(My skills in Blender currently are: applying a texture to an object...) So I think it should be male only and heavy armor also for the armor ratings I suppose it's somewhere around steel(but it could very well be around daedric because Dracula=Devil and Daedras are well... you see what I mean.)
