Thank You, problem solved! I did the process of elimination. It was A Tweaked ENB. I uninstalled the mod and now everything seems to be fine. It seems to be different from the known transparent hands glitch though. And I'm not really familiar with what meshes exactly are, thought it was a problem with textures but I guess not :)

Some of the textures seem to become transparent in certain places. The places that I've found so far is the arena, the top of the tower in the kvatch oblivion gate and one time recently in the "open world". I am new to modding, I've been googling some but I can't seem to find an answer to this issue. It seems to be something different from the ENB transparent hands bug. EDIT: The bug doesn't seem to be consistent in the open world. I just visited the same place with the same save and the game looked normal. It's definitely consistent on the other two places though. **** PROBLEM SOLVED **** It was A Tweaked ENB causing the issue, I uninstalled it and now everything works just fine.
