I am trying to make a mod outside of normal skyrim but i am having trouble trying to find the right place. Thus i was wondering if there was a map of the wilderness outside of skyrim, like with the cell number or something. Thanks in advance.

Ok so I decide to try out Real Time Settler, so I download FOSE and RTS, Install them in the FOMM package manager. I then run Fallout through FOSE and end up with a skinless Tiger Bali (ANEM) and a BIG UI (DarNified). I decide to uninstall RTS and run Fallout normally (Steam) turns out no different. I always install mods through FOMM package manager else it dont install the "Data" Can someone please help me with fixing it? EDIT: Never mind i got it to work

some sort of cult? they dont want the warden to go in to the crybt? like with the hige dragon?

Im no moder(Cant get the toolset to work) but it is possible, it is just like the other face/armor mods out there just the tema is differet.
