I am on the brink of suicide - all I want to do is download a few mods, and similarly I have the same problem. I can only find the Fallout4.ini by searching it in the programs and files bar. I have made the necessary edits to both prefs.ini and the regular.ini (as seen in Gophers video) and still nothing. - I've checked that all the files are not read only
