    Not sure what but it isn't the civil war overhaul.

    Ok, take it you've not installed it previously and just uninstalled it at some point? What about Epic Gameplay Overhaul or just his War Overhaul? Also I think that was a possible glitch in the vanilla game unless I'm mistaken so have you got all the Unofficial Patches?

     

    It would also help if you copy pasted the results that LOOT gives you or your load order in spoiler tags, just delete the spaces inside the brackets = [ spoiler] Load order here [ /spoiler]

    so here is a pic of load order and all the plugins. number 1 which isnt visible is obviously skyrim.esm. the game and dlcs are cracked and the only overhaul i have is dbzoverhaul mod. the latest and the update is the reloaded 13 so i think the 1.9.32 something.
    which is also cracked btw.
